こんにちは。
ただ今55年振りの万博が大阪夢洲で開催中です。前回1970年万博時、私は小学生でしたが両親と来場した事を今もハツキと覚えています。どこも人で溢れていましたが、皆んなイキイキとしていて熱気を肌で感じました。
今回の大阪・関西万博では、私はボランティアとして現地入りしました。障害者サポートボランティアの活動予定でしたが対象者のキャンセルが相次ぎほぼ待機状態に。この為予想以上に自由行動の時間がありました。当日のナショナルディはケニア🇰🇪です。レイガーデンでは民族衣装を着たダンサーたちのパフォーマンスが披露されたり、ケニアの輸出産業の一つであるバラ🌹の配布があったりしました。先日、東京目黒のケニア大使公邸でお会いした在日ケニア大使モイ閣下も自国のVIPアテンドで来場されていました。また東京2020大会以降親交のある郵趣の達人で万博関係者でもあるY氏と会場内でお会いできました。私にとって実り多い万博ボランティアとなりました。

Hello everyone,
The World Expo 2025 is now being held in Yumeshima, Osaka. The first Expo in 1970, I was an elementary school student, but I still remember that everyone was powerful and I felt the atmosphere from the bottom of my heart.

At this World Expo 2025, I joined as a support volunteer for the disabled persons. But some of them were cancelled, so I've got free time more than I expected. The Exhibition was wonderful, Kenyan 🇰🇪 dancer performance at Ray Garden, roses🌹which is one of Kenya's export item, were distributed. The other day, the Kenyan Ambassador in Japan H.E. Mr. Moi, whom I met at the official residence of the Kenyan ambassador in Tokyo, was also visiting and attending VIP from Kenya.
In addition, I was able to meet my friend since Tokyo 2020 Games, who is a postal specialist and is also a member of this World Expo.
It was a very wonderful day for me.
