今日8月11日はParis2024オリンピック閉会式です。今大会でも多くのドラマがありましたね。感動された方もたくさんいらっしゃったと思います。teamJAPANは金20個、メダル数45個で海外開催大会最多です。国別順位も米・中・豪に次ぐ第4位は立派です。ボランティアしていると選手たちの活躍が身近に感じられるのでとても励みになります。

さて、今回は前回のthe beans on fireとは別のコーヒー焙煎所Bellevilleと言うお店兼焙煎所を訪ねました。こちらはお店の奥が焙煎所になっていて、生豆倉庫、tasting roomと焙煎作業所がそれぞれ独立した造りになっています。作業所にはmax15kgの焙煎機が1台あります。訪問した時は既に焙煎は終わり、焙煎した豆が銘柄毎に大きな容器に入っていて社員の方が丁度袋詰めしている所でした。容器は全部で9個あり1個30kgとすると焙煎機はほぼフル稼働だと思います。こちらのお店は軒先販売の他にお得意先に卸売りしている様です。お店で販売しているコーヒー豆は250gで約€20（約3,200円）です。物価の高いフランスですから適正価格なのでしょう。各種コーヒー用品も扱っており、コーヒーミルのコマンダンテが棚にズラリ並んでいました。その他にも日本製ドリップコーヒー用品もありとてもセンスの良いお店です。

August 11th is the closing ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympics. There were many dramas in this tournament. Team JAPAN got 20 gold medals and 45 in total. I guess it's a good success.

Well, this time I visited a coffee roastery called Belleville. This is a roasting place in the back of the store, the raw bean warehouse, the tasting room and the roasting workshop are separated. There is one roaster with a maximum of 15 kg in the workshop. When I visited, the roasting was already over, and the roasted beans were in a large container for each brand, and the staff was just bagging them.
This store seems to be wholesale to customers in addition to retail sales. The coffee beans sold at the store are about €20 (about 3,200 yen) for 250g. It's probably a reasonable price in a high price for France. They also handle various coffee supplies, and the coffee mill's Comandante was lined up on the shelves. In addition, there are also Japanese drip coffee products. It is a very tasteful shop.
