こんにちは。7月26日17時半（日本時間7月27日深夜2時半）、ここParisでは歴史的なイベントが行われました。みなさんの中にはParis2024開会式をご覧になられた方もいらっしゃると思います。オリンピック史上初、街全体を開会式会場にすると言う革新的な試みは全世界を感動させました。
パレードでは各国代表選手を乗せた船がセーヌ川を『行進』して会場に向かいます。その間、一般市民もパレードを観覧できる『開かれた大会』と言うフランスらしいチャレンジングな試みです。
私は大会ボランティア4.5万人の中で代表選手と一緒に乗船する318人のボランティアの一人に選ばれて実際に乗船しました！みなさんには開会式パレードの様子を選手目線でお伝えしたいと思います。かなりレアな体験です。
私は、担当させて頂いたアルバニア🇦🇱代表選手8人を船のタラップで出迎え船上の選手団席まで案内する旗手を務めました。またパレード中は選手団が快適に過ごせるように様々な対応をさせて頂きました。
船はオーステルリッツ橋をスタートしエッフェル塔横の桟橋まで行きます。途中オルセー美術館を過ぎた辺りから雨が強くなりましたが、それでもセーヌ川沿い、橋の上からも大勢の市民からパフォーマンスや声援を受け、選手たちはそれらに応えるように笑顔で旗を振っています。
一番感動的だったのは、アパルトマンの窓からも住人が国旗を掲げながら声援していた事です。正にParisの街全体をオリンピック一色に染めた、と震えるほど感動しました。
開会式ではエッフェル塔の光のショーやチュルリー公園の巨大熱気球の聖火は私のいる場所からでも確認できましたし、セリーヌディオンが熱唱した『愛の讃歌』は街の至る所に設置されたpublic viewの大型スクリーンを見ながらパリ市民と感動を分かち合いました。

At 17:30 on 26 of July 2024 (2:30am next day, Japan time), a historic event was held here in Paris.
For the first time in the history of the Olympic Games, the innovative attempt to make the whole city an opening ceremony venue impressed the over world.
In the parade, the representative athletes are on 85 bateaux in the Seine River. 
In the meantime, it is a challenging French attempt called "Open Olympic Games" where parisiens and parisiennes can also watch the parade.
I would like to tell you an extremely valuable experience that can tell you about the opening ceremony parade from the pont of view of the athletes.
I served as a flag bearer to welcome the 8 Albanian 🇦🇱 national athletes in charge on the ship's ramp to the team seat on the ship. 
Also, during the parade, we responded that the athletes could stay comfortably.
Although the rain has become stronger, fantastic performances and cheers from many people along the Seine River, also on the bridge, and the athletes are waving flags with smiles to respond to them.
The most impressive thing was that the residents were cheering while raising the national flag from the window of their apartment.
I was so moved that the whole city of Paris was coverd in the Olympic colour.
I saw the light show of the Eiffel Tower and the giant balloon in the courtyard of the Louvre Museum from where I was, and the "Hymne à l'amour" sung by Celine Dion is a large screen of public view installed all over the city, then I shared my exciting moment with the people while watching.
